[STAT PLACE HOLDER}

Most field tools are built for one job. When a utility's work changes, crews end up back on paper, or juggling a second app. 120Water's Field Tool was built to flex with whatever your team runs next.

From the field to your records: all in one place.

Table titled 'Monitoring Requirements' showing columns: Requirement, Analyze, Facility, Status, and Result with repeated entries of COLI_DS001, Coliform, Treatment plant, varied status labels Scheduled, To Do, Sent to Lab, and consistent result of 500mg.

Verify and replace in the field

Log material verifications and replacements on-site, with photos and location tied to every record. Data flows straight back into your service line inventory. No re-keying.

Change log table showing dates, records, changed by, designation as WQ Supervisor, and changes such as Scheduled or monthly values.

Route and assign work by crew

Assign jobs to specific team members with automated reminders. Smart routing finds the fastest path between stops, so crews spend less time driving and more time working.

Report on progress as it happens

Built-in dashboards show what's done, what's scheduled, and what's overdue, with export options for the reporting your team already has to do.

Here’s how it works

Create a job, assign it to your team, and pull in the locations you need on the map. Attach the right form, whether that's a verification, a replacement, or something custom, and you're ready to go.

Task management modal titled COLI_DS001 with fields for assignee Troy Brandon, schedule January 04, 2026, result 500mg, and a green Save Task button.

Pick a starting point, select the stops for that job, and compute the fastest route between them. Save it, share it with your crew, and open it straight in Google Maps.

Sampling schedule chart showing Organic Chemical Testing with 30 tasks on Monday and Coliform Testing with 25 tasks from Monday to Saturday, and one shorter Coliform Testing bar ending Tuesday.

In the field, crews tap their next stop and fill out the form for that location. Once it's done, a checkmark on the map confirms the record is complete.

Dashboard showing missed and upcoming tasks with assigned users, task status labels, a pie chart of completed versus incomplete tasks, and a line graph of remaining tasks over time.

Come back to a job anytime. Saved routes are right there waiting, so crews can pick up where they left off without rebuilding anything.

Table listing facilities with three 'DS01 - Sampling Point' entries all located at Leading Dock, type DS, status A, and sampling data showing repeated RT type with code 1121 and period April 04.

Work offline in the field. Spotty coverage doesn't hold up the job, and everything syncs once you're back online.

Table listing treatment plants with status marked as Scheduled and dosage of 500mg, featuring filter and export dropdowns offering PDF and XLSX formats.

Log notes hands-free with voice to text, useful when your hands are full holding a hose.

Dashboard showing task completion progress: 74% to do, 94% scheduled, and 100% collected with task details and status indicators like In Progress, To Do, and Blocked.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of field work does the Field Tool support?

Service line verifications, replacements, sample kit drop-offs, hydrant flushing, valve exercising, water quality sampling, and asset inspections. If your crew can fill out a form for it, the tool can run it.

Does it work without internet access?

Yes. The app works offline and syncs automatically once a connection is available, so spotty service in the field doesn't slow your crews down.

Does data sync back to our PWS account automatically?

Yes, for verification and replacement forms, which come standard and sync directly to PWS. Custom forms built for other activities don't currently sync automatically.

Can we build our own custom forms?

Yes. There's no limit on fields, sections, or structure, so your team can configure forms for whatever work you're tracking beyond the standard verification and replacement flows.
