A Note For Connecticut Water Systems:

120Water has partnered with the Connecticut Department of Public Health to support water systems with their Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) compliance. This webpage outlines training dates, training registration, and additional resources made available to water professionals in Connecticut. We look forward to continuing to work with you!

PWS Portal is the software program hosted by 120Water available to every public water system (CWS & NTNC) across the state of Connecticut. Each water system has its own account, at no cost to you. You will be required to submit your service line inventory and supporting documentation using this software for LCRI compliance.

The 120Water team will conduct training for representatives from every CWS & NTNC water system in CT. These trainings focus on how to utilize PWS Portal software to update your service line inventory, add connectors, document verification and replacement efforts, and prepare other necessary components ahead of the LCRI compliance date, November 1st, 2027.

Access to your PWS Portal account will be granted after attending training. If you cannot attend the live training, please register for any session, as we will share the recording and training materials with all registrants. 

Review the schedule below and click on the link to fill out the registration form. When filling out the form, please provide your name, title, PWS name, and PWS ID. You will receive an email confirming you have successfully registered for the virtual training with the details. Remember to add this to your calendar.

  • REGISTER HERE for Wednesday, November 4, 2026 virtual training at 1:00 PM EST‍

If you work for many Public Water Systems, you may provide more than one PWS Name and PWS ID in the form. After attending training and receiving access to your PWS Portal account, if you need any additional assistance, please reach out to our Support team at support@120water.com.
