LCR & LCRR Requirements:

Notify residents with lead, GRR, or unknown service lines within 30 days of submitting the initial SLI and annually thereafter.

Issue Tier 1 public notice to all customers within 24 hours of a lead Action Level Exceedance (ALE) at 15 ppb.

Continuously update the SLI to reflect updated service line materials, including connector materials.

Include SLI access instructions and any applicable LCRR updates.
Nov. 1 2027
LCRI requirements are now in effect and water systems will need to:

Submit a comprehensive SLI, including connectors

If any lead, GRR, or unknown service lines are identified, submit Replacement Plan and make it publicly accessible

Submit a list of all schools and childcare facilities served by the system.

Submit annual updates of baseline inventory (1/30/2029 and each year after)

24-hour notice (Tier 1) to all customers following Pb ALE at lower 10 ppb level
