Clearing the pipes: Caldwell, Idaho’s journey to lead-free water

To meet new lead inventory requirements, the City of Caldwell partnered with 120Water to build a complete, accurate service line inventory across nearly 26,000 lines.

With automated resident outreach, digital services, and asset data, Caldwell verified more than 18,000 non-lead lines – dramatically shrinking unknowns and strengthening compliance.
