The Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) require water systems to create complete inventories of both utility-owned and customer-owned service lines. North Carolina DEQ is providing direct technical assistance to help systems like yours verify any unknown service lines to help meet this requirement, and 120Water has been contracted to deliver that help at no cost to you.
