Details:

Several new regulations were finalized in 2024 including the EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) and the Health and Human Services (HHS) regulation focused on Supporting the Head Start Workforce. A variety of funding mechanisms are available to support these new regulations but accessing those funds can be confusing. On August 20th, the 120Water team hosted a Tribal-specific webinar.

During the session, 120Water's Director of Water Quality Compliance, Jonathan Cuppett, Strategic Account Director - Tribal, Jon Dawson, and Managing Principal Engineering Consultant, Cason LeBlanc, provided a brief regulatory background to support case studies that showcase how Tribal water systems and Tribal consortiums are navigating these complex regulatory and funding challenges.
